The premise
Three things SEO has to mean before it is worth paying for
01
Found for the right things
Not traffic for its own sake. We map what your customers actually type when they need what you sell, then build the site around those questions.
02
Fast, crawlable, structured
Clean architecture, working internal links, structured data, and speed that holds on a phone. Search engines cannot rank what they cannot read.
03
Measured in inquiries
Rankings and impressions are leading indicators. The report you get each month talks about calls, forms, and booked work first.
Scope
What an SEO engagement covers
Five kinds of work, in the order they are done. The foundation comes first because nothing above it holds without it.

Technical foundation
Crawlability, indexation, speed, structured data, redirects, and the quiet errors that keep pages out of the index. Fixed first, because everything else sits on it.
Search structure
Site architecture, page-to-query mapping, titles, headings, and internal linking, so each page has one clear job and search engines can tell them apart.
Pages that answer questions
Service pages written from what you actually do, and supporting articles for the questions customers ask before they call. No filler, no invented claims.
Authority
Citations, mentions, partnerships, and the kind of content other sites link to on their own. Slow, steady, and never bought in bulk.
Measurement and reporting
Search Console, analytics, call tracking, and a monthly scorecard in plain language. You always know what moved, what did not, and what we are changing.
Pricing
How SEO engagements are priced
No flat rate cards, because two businesses in the same city can need very different work. What you always get is the scope in writing before anything starts, and the same three shapes every engagement takes.
Free consultation
Where every engagement starts
A conversation about your market and a look at the site as it stands today. You leave with a written summary and an honest fit recommendation, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
Foundation project
Fixed quote, defined finish line
The crawl and index fixes, the architecture, the schema, and the measurement setup, scoped to a clear deliverable. Quoted as a fixed price after the consultation.
Monthly retainer
After the foundation holds
Content, authority, and reporting on a monthly cadence. Most small businesses we work with invest between $1,500 and $5,000 per month across channels; an SEO retainer is sized inside that range to what the market requires.
Real work
A site we built, and what search made of it

A pet-care business whose site we designed and built, then kept on a care plan. Search structure and local signals were part of the build rather than an add-on, and the search data since has moved the way that approach is meant to move it.

Platforms
SEO on the platform you already have
We recommend what fits. A purpose-built site is often the right answer for a new build, and a well-run WordPress or Wix site is often the right answer for an existing one.
WordPress
Most WordPress SEO is plugin settings pretending to be strategy. We work underneath the plugin: theme output, page speed, taxonomy sprawl, schema, and a structure that matches how people search.
Wix
Wix sites rank when the structure is right. We set the SEO settings properly, clean the URL and heading structure, and add the structured data the editor does not expose.
Shopify and stores
Collection and product structure, clean product data, and the crawl hygiene that keeps a small catalog from leaking into thousands of filter URLs.
Custom and Vercel builds
Where we build the site, search structure is designed in from the first wireframe: server-rendered pages, schema at the component level, and Core Web Vitals that hold.
The first 90 days
What happens, and when
The first quarter has a fixed shape so you can hold us to it. After that the work runs monthly: publish, earn, measure, adjust.
Days 1 to 30
Audit and foundation
Full crawl, Search Console and analytics review, a keyword-to-page map, and the technical fixes that can ship immediately. The written plan lands at the end of this window.
Days 31 to 60
Structure and pages
Architecture changes, rewritten titles and headings, the first service pages, schema, and internal links. Measurement is live by now, so the first movement is visible.
Days 61 to 90
Authority and rhythm
Supporting content starts publishing, citations and mentions go out, and the first monthly scorecard sets the baseline for everything after.
The right page
If this sounds like you
You serve a place
Local SEO is its own discipline: the map, the profile, the reviews, and the pages that prove you are where you say you are.
Local SEOThe site itself is the problem
Slow, thin, or held hostage by a platform. Sometimes the right SEO move is a better site, and we say so with reasons.
WebsitesYou are not sure SEO is the first move
Start with the overview. It walks through the channels and which one usually comes first for a business like yours.

Common questions
SEO questions, answered plainly
Technical and structural fixes usually show in Search Console within weeks. Ranking and inquiry gains typically appear in three to six months and compound after that. We set the expectation per site in the first call, because a new domain and an established one do not move at the same speed.
Every engagement is scoped after a short call. A foundation project is quoted as a fixed price. Ongoing work runs monthly: most small businesses we work with invest between $1,500 and $5,000 per month across channels, and an SEO retainer is sized inside that range to what the market actually requires.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and a plain answer when something is not moving. What we track first is inquiries and booked work; rankings and traffic are the leading indicators.
Yes. Local SEO has its own page because it is a different discipline: Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and location pages. See the local SEO page.
Yes. We work on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and custom builds. The platform changes the tooling, not the strategy. Where a platform genuinely limits what search engines can see, we tell you what it costs to fix and what it costs to leave alone.
Sometimes, not usually. If the current site is slow, thin, or unstructured we fix what can be fixed, and only recommend a rebuild when the bones will not hold. That recommendation comes with reasons, never as a default.
A written plan, the implemented changes on your site, a monthly scorecard in plain language, and every account and tool in your own name from day one.
