Our solutions
Software built around how you actually work
The first step is watching the work. We map what your team does now, where information gets lost, and which exceptions the new system has to handle. You work directly with the person who designs and builds it.
Off-the-shelf software makes the business bend to fit it. When the fit is bad enough that people keep spreadsheets on the side, a purpose-built tool pays for itself in the time those workarounds cost.
Most builds use TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres. The stack is documented, the source lives in your account, and the software is judged by whether the people doing the work can use it.
What we build
Types of Custom Software We Build
01
Web Apps and Portals
Dashboards, portals, and internal tools built around one job.
Next.js, React, TypeScript
02
System Integration
Records move between the tools you already use without double entry.
APIs, webhooks, and scheduled imports
03
Reporting and Analytics
Shared definitions and reports your team can trace back to the source.
Postgres, data pipelines, dashboards
04
CRM and Operations Tools
Pipeline steps, follow-up, and handoffs matched to your actual process.
Custom workflows and reporting
05
Mobile Applications
Focused mobile tools for work that happens away from a desk.
React Native or native where needed
06
Legacy Modernization
Older systems replaced one safe piece at a time while the business keeps running.
Incremental migration and preserved business rules
Why custom
Why build instead of buy
Custom software earns its cost when it fits the way your business actually runs. Here is what that buys you.
01
Built around the process you already have
Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt to it. Custom software is shaped to the way your shop actually works, including the odd steps a vendor would tell you to drop.
02
Grows with the business
When the work changes, the software changes with it. No per-seat ceilings, no waiting on a vendor roadmap.
03
Your code, your data
You own both. Access rules match your requirements, you decide when things update, and the audit trail is yours to show a regulator.
04
Less retyping
The repeated tasks and double entry go away first. What is left is the work that needs a person.
Our methodology
How a build runs
Watch the work
We sit with the people doing the job and document the handoffs, workarounds, and exceptions before proposing software.
Scope the smallest useful release
The first version solves a complete problem without trying to replace every system at once.
Build in visible slices
You see working software early enough to correct assumptions while they are still cheap to change.
Test the failure paths
We test permissions, bad inputs, outages, and recovery, not only the path that works in a demo.
Handover and monitor
Your team gets the source, accounts, training, and documentation. Ongoing support is available, not required.

Learning the work firsthand
A build in progress
Reporting a treatment provider can actually trust
A residential treatment provider was running its reporting out of spreadsheets: slow to update, easy to break, hard to audit. We are building a healthcare analytics dashboard that replaces the spreadsheet workflow with direct data imports, shared definitions, and multi-tenant reporting across programs.
Because the system sits near patient data, it was designed HIPAA-conscious from the start: role-scoped access and audit logging on sensitive actions. The provider owns the source code and the documentation, like every client we build for.

Before we start
Questions about custom software
Web applications, internal tools, dashboards, API integrations, and automations. Current work includes a healthcare analytics dashboard for a residential treatment provider, replacing a spreadsheet-based reporting workflow. If it connects systems, replaces spreadsheets, or removes manual steps, it is in our lane.
Quick-win builds, like a focused internal tool or a single integration, ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Standard web applications run 6 to 12 weeks. Larger platforms get scoped in phases so you see working software early instead of waiting months for a big reveal.
You do. Source code, automations, and documentation are yours, in accounts you control. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working and any competent developer can pick it up.
TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres for most builds, plus direct integrations with whatever you already run: your CRM, accounting software, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools. We pick proven tools we can support for years, not whatever is trending this quarter.
Optional flat monthly care plans cover hosting, monitoring, updates, and small changes, with no surprise invoices. If you would rather maintain the software in-house, we hand over documentation and walk your team through the system.
A short call. We map the problem, then send a clear scope with three engagement paths and a fixed quote. If custom software is not the right answer for your situation, we will say so and point you at something cheaper.
