Articulate Vision LLC (“Articulate Vision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Salt Lake City, Utah based studio building custom software, workflow automation, and digital strategy. This policy describes what information we collect on articulatevision.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described below.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form or the free audit request form, you share your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you reach us by phone or email outside the website, the information you choose to share in that conversation is also covered by this policy.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we record the originating IP address for a short period so that we can rate-limit abusive traffic. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, the URL you requested, and the timestamp) for security and reliability. We may use cookies or local storage for essential functionality such as remembering UI state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use your information

Service providers

We use a small set of trusted vendors to operate the website and our lead pipeline. Your information may pass through their systems under their own privacy commitments:

• Vercel hosts the website and serves pages.
• Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
• Resend delivers transactional email (our notifications and your auto-reply).
• A self-hosted n8n instance routes new leads into our internal workflow.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as they remain useful to the relationship, typically up to seven years for tax and contract reasons. You can request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@articulatevisionco.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also opt out of follow-up communication by replying to any message we send you.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use TLS for all traffic to the website, restrict database access to our own systems, and review our vendors’ security posture. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your information with care.
